Regarding My Reviews
I
believe it goes without saying, however I feel it appropriate to
establish the fact, that the words I write within my book reviews are my
own. There are and will be instances where I have been approached by a
publisher or author to review their book on my blog. I would kindly like
to advise that these approaches do not sway my review or my honesty
towards a piece of literature.
I have made this
very clear in my 'Review Policy' page that I do not sugar coat my
reviews in the hopes of receiving free books. I value honesty and I
believe trust can only be built through this belief. I will 100%
disclose whether or not I have been given a book as an ARC and/or for
free.
I would however like to mention that my
taste is my own and what I may love you may dislike. I can only review a
book based on my own personal preferences.
Regarding Any Links
Any
links which are displayed on my blog are provided by myself for
internal navigation or may link to an affiliated website (such as social media, affiliate businesses and my shop). If there are any links on my
review pages which do not fill this category, I will disclose these
links appropriately.
This will primarily relate
to links provided to me by the Publisher/Author and can subsequently
involve me receiving a commission based on clicking the link OR
purchasing a book from the link supplied. If this is the case I will
disclose on each page where these links are supplied to maintain
transparency.
Cover Art Used
When I do post Covers, I acknowledge that I do not own the covers which are used on this blog. They're simply
images I have sourced from websites and Google to be featured as visual
aid with my reviews and posts.
If I have used a cover
artwork which is not authorised or if you (the owner) would prefer I use
a different image of your book cover, please contact me and I will
happily change it 😊
